Payout transactions represent the process of transferring funds from your merchant account to your customers, partners, or vendors. These transactions flow in the opposite direction of payin transactions and are essential for various business operations.

Payout Methods

Our platform supports the following payout transaction methods:

Bank Transfers: Send funds directly to recipient bank accounts local banking networks.

Cash Pickup: Enable recipients to collect physical cash at partner locations using a reference number.

Alternative Payout Methods: Support for region-specific payout methods based on local preferences and regulations.

Payout Flow

A typical payout transaction follows these stages:

Value	Description
PENDING	The payout was created and is being sent to the PSP.
PROCESSED	The PSP received the Payout request successfully.
ACCEPTED	The payout information was checked and is valid.
FINISHED	The money was paid by the PSP.
ERROR	The information is invalid or the PSP rejected the payout. Please check the error message for more information.
