Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For PayRetailers, your account security is our top priority. Starting today, June 14th, we are enabling two-factor authentication for your PayRetailers account to enhance your data protection with an extra layer of security.

New error message due to PersonalID validation

Since today June 3rd, we have reinforced our data validation rules to return the error message PERSONAL_ID_VALIDATION_FAILED for FAILED deposits and ERROR withdrawals.
