Introduction

We are excited to announce the launch of our enhanced Payin services, featuring improved account handling for Pix transactions, starting January 1, 2025.

To ensure smooth processing, Merchants can now submit either the active account used for the transaction or all registered accounts linked to their profile. Given the asynchronous nature of Pix payments, where any Pix account can be used to complete a payment, we strongly recommend submitting all registered accounts in the transaction payload. This approach minimizes the risk of false positives in account validation and enhances overall conversion rates.
