Merchant Portal Overview

The merchant portal is an online dashboard that enables you to manage your shop and all related activities. From this dashboard, you can create payment links and initiate payouts as needed. It serves as your primary tool for managing our payment solution.

User Account

Your user account will be created along with your API key, using your preferred email address. You’ll receive an automated email prompting you to set your password, allowing you to log in and start using the dashboard. If you’re unsure which email was used, please refer to your credentials email.

We offer various access levels based on the actions you need to perform and the information you want to view in our back office. These access levels include:

  • Read-only: Provides access to all basic sections of our back office with view-only permissions.
  • Full Reports View: Allows enhanced access to transaction reports, displaying additional information.
  • Payout Creation: Enables the ability to create payouts directly from the back office.
  • Payment Tools: Grants access to create payouts and view the payment links section.
  • Conversion: Allows users to export payouts and transactions with currency conversions applied.

  • Initiating payouts.
