Merchant Portal Overview
The merchant portal is an online dashboard that enables you to manage your shop and all related activities. From this dashboard, you can create payment links and initiate payouts as needed. It serves as your primary tool for managing our payment solution.
User Account
Your user account will be created along with your API key, using your preferred email address. You’ll receive an automated email prompting you to set your password, allowing you to log in and start using the dashboard. If you’re unsure which email was used, please refer to your credentials email.
We offer various access levels based on the actions you need to perform and the information you want to view in our back office. These access levels include:
- Admin: Full permissions including credentials management.
- Full permissions: Ability to view and export balance movements, settlements, top-ups; Creation of payment links and payouts.
- Finance: Ability to view and export balance movements, settlements, top-ups.
- Operations: Ability to view and export transactions, submit payouts and create payment links.
- Read-only: Provides access to all basic sections of our back office with view-only permissions.
If you need additional user accounts created for your team or wish to modify the access level of an existing user account, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Features
You can perform all necessary actions to process and manage your transactions, claims, and total balance from your merchant back office. The available actions include:
- Viewing your balance, transactions, payouts, settlements, and claims history.
- Downloading transaction reports, payout reports, and settlement reports.
- Viewing and Downloading a list of all the payment methods available for your Merchant account to ease the integration process.
- Credential management and key rotation for enhanced security.
- Creating payment links and payment emails.
- Initiating payouts.
