New error message due to PersonalID validation in Argentina

Following our previous enhancements on personal ID validation for payins and payouts in Argentina. Since February 28th, we have reinforced our data validation rules to return specific error messages and replace the current generic message PERSONAL_ID_VALIDATION_FAILED.

Please check below our newly introduced error messages:

CUSTOMER_NOT_FOUNDNo Personal ID data available.

Currently, this validation has also been implemented in Argentina as well as in Brazil, but will be applied in all the countries in which we provide payment deposit solutions.

Our objective is to bring more awareness to our merchants about users who attempt to deposit with a 'PersonalID' that fall into the characteristics mentioned, reinforcing the compliance rules we have in place.

Other validations that we already had working will continue to be performed as usual, such as daily/weekly/monthly limit rules, blacklisted users, AML controls and third-party payments.
